RV-HELP-U-SELL locations across the country will now offer bank
owned RV foreclosures to the general public. Dealers, brokers and
wholesalers will not participate in this foreclosure sales program.
This sales program is defined as a "Best Offer System" allowing
interested parties to make a one time offer on each foreclosure.

    Foreclosures will be listed on RV-HELP-U-SELL locations on a bi-weekly basis. The beginning date and the closing date will be listed for each foreclosure unit. We will list as much information about each foreclosure as possible. Some RV'S will have pictures and some will not. The foreclosures will all come with " Clean Titles".

    There will be no RV'S sold with " Salvage, duplicate, or frame repaired records. Sales are not final until the high offer holder has an opportunity to inspect the purchase. High offers must inspect or accept the foreclosure with in 14 days of notification of having the best offer. Cash payment or financing must be obtained with in the 14 day period. To bid on a foreclosure, go to the web-site of the nearest RV-HELP-U-SELL location and click on the foreclosure page. Each foreclosure will have a stock number. 

    Fill out the contact page with your information. In the comments
box state the stock number of the foreclosure you are interested in  along with your offer. You will be notified " only if you make the best offer ". Best offers will be listed on the site the following week and then deleted. This program is new and can change at any time. We will make our best effort to keep our web sites updated with current information.

            Please note the following concerning the foreclosure program: * All foreclosures come with clean titles, there will be no RVs sold with salvage, duplicate or frame repaired records. * Sales are not final until the high offer holder has had an opportunity to inspect and accept the purchase. *The inspection time frame is 14 days in which time financing or cash payment must also be arranged. * You will be notified by the legal owner only if they have accepted your offer. *Unlike auction websites, there are no buyer premiums, processing fees or deposits required. *The lenders do not have a reserve price or minimum offer, the buy now price is only made available so that a buyer could purchase a vehicle or boat immediatly without having to wait until the end of the offer period.
